Dr. Todd Fischer was born in Lacrosse, WI, but grew up in Ormond Beach, FL. He attended Baylor University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before graduating first in his class at dental school from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. He completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Iowa, receiving a certificate in orthodontics and a Master of Science degree. He joined Coastal Carolina Orthodontics in June of 1995 and became board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics in 2010.

Dr. Fischer and his wife Amy have two sons, Luke and Mark. He is active in the Jacksonville community and is a member of the Jacksonville Rotary Club, Onslow County Health Department, Onslow Caring Communities Foundation, Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, and First Citizens Bank. In 2014, Dr. Fischer was awarded Small Business Person of the year by the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. He is an avid sports fan and pulls for the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Dodgers as well as his alma mater teams, the Baylor Bears and Iowa Hawkeyes. When he isn’t practicing orthodontics, he enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
